Process Step By Step 

1. Initial Contact 

Call, text , or email us. Let us know what you would like to have completed. The more details the better. We will ask for your: name, address, and email address and then we can book an initial consultation at your house. 

2. Estimate 

After the home/job site visit BA Stanton Construction will make an estimate that will fit your budget and the ideas discussed. If the estimate is not what you had in mind, we can talk and see if there is anything that can be done to change the products and/or prices. Once the estimate is finalized, we ask for a downpayment of 1/3 the total cost. 

3. Setting a Date 

When the deposit has been received, together we can set a date for your project and sign the contract. The start date of the project will depend on our upcoming projects, your project type, and the timeframe in which it takes to order the materials needed.  

4.Starting a Project 

The first day on the job we like to have customers present. This is a great time to walk through the entire project again. We ask for our next payment of 34% .We will discuss daily time schedules, daily cleanup, project details, and any other information that you may want to discuss.

5. Daily Work 

When we work onsite at your home or business we keep in mind that you are also living/working there. We try to make the process as easy and simple as possible so that you can carry on with your daily routines. We stride to keep things clean, comfortable, and safe so that it fits into your schedule. We try to make the process as easy going as possible. Communication on a daily basis, trustworthiness, and dependability separates us from our competitors!

6. Finishing a Project 

When the project is nearing completion, we will continue to communicate and finalize any last minute details regarding the project. Customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! When we finish the project the customer has 7 days to pay the remaining balance.
